Safety
Safety is a priority at JFC Construction. We have an excellent
safety record, of which we are very proud. We have always emphasized care and common sense in all aspects of our work. We do not take short-cuts or allow our employees to operate in an unsafe manner. We will always stress safety and extreme care on all projects and in all aspects of our work, as we realize that emphasizing safety is the foundation upon which JFC Construction was built.

Since the inception of our company, safety has been a priority. We recognize that open, two-way communication, education and training are essential to an injury-free, productive workplace. To that end, our employees undergo new-hire education and safety training, continuous field training, classes and safety meetings. We regularly sponsor OSHA courses, various product manufacturers and industry association training classes.
Our diversified safety training programs include (but are not limited to):
- Trenching and Shoring
- Specialized Machinery Operation
- Fall Protection
- First Responder Awareness
- OSHA 10 and 30
We employ our own fully certified crane operator and are proud to be a member of NATE (the National Association of Tower Erectors) incorporating their safety guidelines into our own policies and procedures.
JFC Construction constantly monitors the latest technologies and safety advances in the industry; our equipment and training programs are adjusted and updated to meet changing industry requirements. Our standards meet and exceed many of the current regulations in the industry and our low injury ratio is testimony to our commitment to safety.
